Autopsy report confirms strangulation after assault in rape-murder case of IRS officer’s daughter

New Delhi, Apr 23 (PTI) Multiple abrasions and abraded contusions on both arms, hands and legs, besides a nasal-bone fracture were found on the body of a senior IRS officer’s daughter, who was killed in her upscale southeast Delhi residence on Wednesday, indicating struggle and assault, while the cause of death has been confirmed as strangulation, according to the post-mortem report.
