Mumbai, Feb 6 (PTI) The rupee rose 11 paise to 90.23 against the US dollar in early trade on Friday on positive investor sentiments as traders keenly awaited the RBI’s MPC announcement. However, FII outflows, rise in crude oil prices, and a marginally stronger greenback capped sharper gains in the local unit, according to forex traders. New Delhi, Feb 5 (PTI) Precious metal prices tumbled sharply in the national capital on Thursday, with silver slumping 10 per cent to Rs 2.68 lakh per kg, and gold falling to Rs 1.6 lakh per 10 grams triggered by a global selloff and a firm US dollar.
