MUMBAI, Dec 30 (Reuters) – The Indian rupee is expected to open little changed on Tuesday, hovering near the 90-per-dollar mark, with expectations of RBI support countering underlying dollar demand. The 1-month non-deliverable forward indicated the rupee will open largely flat, having settled at 89.9750 on Monday. But many rice farmers in the country’s agricultural heartlands are in a less celebratory mood. Interviews with growers, government officials and farm scientists, as well as a review of groundwater data, reveal widespread concern that thirsty rice crops
