Dec 17 (Reuters) – India’s Ambuja Cements will merge two of its recently purchased units into the company, it said on Tuesday, in a bid to streamline the structure of the Adani Group’s cement businesses and simplify compliance requirements. Ambuja acquired Penna Cement in a $1.25 billion deal in June, while it had picked up a majority stake in operations of Sanghi Industries last year. Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh alleges names being deleted from Delhi voters’ list

New Delhi, Dec 17 (PTI) AAP leader Sanjay Singh on Tuesday alleged deletion of names from voters’ list in Delhi at the instance of the ruling NDA, and said the BJP should not fan polarisation before the upcoming assembly elections in the city. Singh’s charge was countered by Leader of the House and BJP president J P Nadda as well as Union minister Bhupender Yadav.
