CISF Assistant Commandant suspended for aiding gold smuggling at Karipur airport in Kerala
Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) [India], October 13 (ANI): An Assistant commandant of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) was suspended for allegedly facilitating gold smuggling at Karipur Airport in Kerala, an official statement issued by CISF said. According to Malappuram police, the accused CISF officer Naveen along with a customs official and an employee involved in handling luggage were co-conspirators. “Each time a consignment has been brought successfully they get Rs 60,000.
