Srinagar, May 5 (PTI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday attributed the BJP’s West Bengal win to a “significant role” played by the Election Commission (EC), alongside a consolidation of Hindu votes and a fractured minority mandate.
