Since the festival is a state holiday in Maharashtra, both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange, which are headquartered in Mumbai, observed a trading holiday. New York/Washington, Aug 27 (PTI) The additional 25 per cent tariff imposed by US President Donald Trump on India for its purchases of Russian oil came into effect Wednesday, bringing the total amount of levies imposed on New Delhi to 50 per cent. Jharkhand assembly passes resolution against SIR of electoral rolls

Ranchi, Aug 26 (PTI) A resolution opposing the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls was passed in the Jharkhand assembly on Tuesday.
