New Delhi, Apr 5 (PTI) The Central Information Commission has pulled up the IRCTC, the catering arm of the Indian Railways, over the denial of information on an RTI plea seeking to know if companies bidding for railway tenders had disclosed their alleged links to the Rail Neer ‘scam’ and related cases probed by central agencies.
