NEW DELHI, Sept 12 (Reuters) – India’s retail inflation (INCPIY=ECI) eased in August as food prices moderated, but remained above the upper end of the central bank’s target band for a second consecutive month, keeping policymakers watchful. Washington [US], September 12 (ANI): Researchers found that a natural component contained in the culinary spice turmeric may be as efficient as omeprazole, a medicine used to relieve gastrointestinal symptoms by reducing excess stomach acid. New Delhi, Sep 12 (PTI) The Supreme Court on Tuesday extended till September 25 the interim bail of former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain in a money laundering case. A bench of Justices AS Bopanna and Bela M Trivedi granted the relief to Jain after Additional Solicitor General SV Raju made a request for adjournment. Senior advocate Abhishek Singhvi, appearing for Jain, also agreed to defer the matter.
