New RBI chief seeks to improve forecasts, sources say

MUMBAI, Jan 9 (Reuters) – New RBI governor Sanjay Malhotra has initiated a review of the Reserve Bank of India’s inflation and growth forecasting tools to minimise projection errors, four sources said.
