New Delhi, Feb 20 (PTI) The Supreme Court has said conducting a preliminary inquiry is not mandatory in every case lodged under the Prevention of Corruption Act and it is not a vested right of the accused. NEW YORK, February 22, 2025 (AP) — A federal judge in Manhattan on Friday extended a ban on Elon Musk’s DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) accessing sensitive Treasury Department information, but rejected broader restrictions sought by 19 Democratic state attorneys general who sued over the issue.
