Guwahati (Assam) [India], April 27 (ANI): Assam recorded 77.35 per cent voter turnout in the second phase of polls, which was held in five parliamentary constituencies in the state on April 26. Agovernment employee who refused to join poll duty in Latur despite repeated reminders was brought to the tehsildar’s office by police, an official said on Friday.
