Charges to be framed against Brij Bhushan Singh in Wrestlers Sexual Harassment Case

New Delhi, May 10 (PTI): A Delhi court on Friday ordered framing of charges against former Wrestling Federation of India chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in a sexual harassment case lodged by six female wrestlers. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Priyanka Rajpoot also discharged Singh in a complaint filed by one of the six women wrestlers. The court ordered framing of charge for criminal intimidation against Singh. It will formally frame the charges on May 21. New Delhi [India], May 10 (ANI): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be released on Friday as Tihar Jail authorities have recieved the release order from the Supreme Court. The Chief Minister will be released after spending almost 50 days in prison. “Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s release order has been received by Tihar jail authorities. He will be released shortly,” the prison officials said. Security has been stepped up outside Tihar Jail ahead of the chief minister’s release. New Delhi, May 10 (PTI): In a major relief to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the Supreme Court on Friday granted him interim bail till June 1 to campaign in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections. New Delhi, May 8 (PTI): The Supreme Court will deliver its order on granting interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam on May 10.
