HYDERABAD, India, Aug 21 (Reuters) – At least seven people were killed and more than 30 injured in an explosion on Wednesday at a pharmaceuticals manufacturing plant in southern India’s Andhra Pradesh state, a district government official said. NEW DELHI, Aug 21 (Reuters) – India is likely to begin conducting a long-delayed population census in September, two government sources said, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi looks to plug important data gaps in his third term after years of criticism.
