New Delhi, May 19 (PTI) The Supreme Court on Monday directed uniform pension benefits for all retired high court judges, irrespective of their mode of appointment or tenure, saying “one rank one pension has to be the norm in respect of a constitutional office”. Mumbai, May 19 (PTI) Benchmark BSE Sensex dropped by 271 points on Monday, marking the second straight day of losses due to selling in IT and banking stocks and a weak trend in global markets after rating downgrade of the US by Moody’s Ratings.
