Supreme Court reserves interim orders in waqf case

New Delhi, May 22 (PTI) The Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its interim orders on three issues, including the power to denotify properties declared as “waqf by courts, waqf-by-user or waqf by deed” after hearing a clutch of pleas challenging the validity of the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025.
