New Delhi, Jul 8 (PTI) Gold prices climbed Rs 550 to Rs 99,120 per 10 grams in the national capital on Tuesday due to fresh buying by stockists, according to the All India Sarafa Association. The precious metal of 99.9 per cent purity had closed at Rs 98,570 per 10 grams on Monday. Gold of 99.5 per cent purity increased by Rs 500 to Rs 98,600 per 10 grams (inclusive of all taxes). Mumbai, Jul 8 (PTI) The price of a home-cooked meal or a thali increased in June compared with the preceding month on dearer tomato prices, a report said on Tuesday. Mumbai, Jul 8 (PTI) The rupee rose 26 paise to close at 85.68 (provisional) against the US dollar on Tuesday on the back of a decline in global crude oil prices and a weaker greenback. Foreign fund inflows and firm domestic equity markets further boosted the rupee, according to forex traders.
