Patna, Sep 26 (PTI) Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra arrived in Bihar’s Patna on Friday to take part in an event to interact with women running self-help groups in the state, and address a rally in Motihari. Vadra, the younger sister of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, was greeted with cheer by party workers at the Patna airport. New Delhi, Sep 26 (PTI) Silver prices surged Rs 1,900 to hit a fresh high of Rs 1,41,900 per kilogram while gold rose by Rs 330 in the national capital on Friday amid heavy demand from stockists during the ongoing festival season, according to the All India Sarafa Association.
