New Delhi, Sep 9 (PTI) Gold prices skyrocketed by Rs 5,080 to hit an all-time high of Rs 1,12,750 per 10 grams in the national capital on Tuesday in line with strong global trends. The precious metal prices have added Rs 33,800 per 10 grams or nearly 43 per cent in the current calendar year, climbing from Rs 78,950 per 10 grams on December 31, 2024. Mumbai, Sep 9 (PTI) The rupee pared initial gains to settle 3 paise lower at 88.12 (provisional) against the US dollar on Tuesday, tracking persistent foreign portfolio outflows and global trade tensions. Mumbai, Sep 9 (PTI) Benchmark Sensex rose by 314 points and Nifty closed above 24,850 on Tuesday following a rebound in IT and FMCG shares and hopes of a rate cut by the US Federal Reserve later this month.
