Mumbai, Mar 20 (PTI) The rupee fell 19 paise to its record intra-day low of 93.08 against the US dollar in early trade on Friday as the greenback strengthened further and FII outflows continued unabated amid the ongoing West Asia conflict. Elevated global crude oil prices put further pressure on the local unit, while a positive opening at the domestic equity markets cushioned against a sharper fall, according to forex traders. Mumbai, Mar 20 (PTI) Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty rebounded in early trade on Friday after facing massive drubbing in the previous session, driven by mild cooling in crude oil prices. The 30-share BSE Sensex jumped 976.77 points to 75,184.01 in early trade. The 50-share NSE Nifty surged 301.7 points to 23,303.85.
