Washington DC [US], October 1 (ANI): Just 50 steps rising stairs each day could significantly reduce your risk of heart disease, a new Tulane University study suggests. So, forget about getting in 10,000 steps a day. The study, published in Atherosclerosis, found that climbing more than five flights of stairs daily could reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 20 per cent.
