NEW DELHI, Feb 18 (Reuters) – The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has asked Indian authorities for help in its investigation of Adani Group founder Gautam Adani and his nephew over alleged securities fraud and a $265-million bribery scheme, a court filing showed on Tuesday. NEW DELHI, Feb 18 (Reuters) – India’s oil imports from the United States rose sharply in January from December, turning Washington as the fifth largest oil supplier to New Delhi, data obtained from trade sources show. India shipped in 218,400 barrels per day of oil from the U.S. compared to 70,600 bpd in December, the data showed.
