Prayagraj (UP), Nov 14 (PTI) Accepting demands of the aspirants, the UPPSC (Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission) on Thursday postponed Review Officer (RO) and Assistant Review Officer (ARO) exams, and announced to hold the Provincial Civil Services (PCS) preliminary exam on the old pattern. The Commission also announced to form a committee on RO and ARO exams. Supreme Court dismisses PIL to ban WhatsApp for failure to comply with govt regulations

New Delhi, Nov 14 (PTI) The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed a PIL seeking directions to the Centre to ban the operation and use of WhatsApp if it does not comply with the orders of the authorities in the country.
