New Delhi, Dec 3 (PTI) Former CBI director Vijay Shankar breathed his last on Tuesday after prolonged illness, his family said. He was 76. Shankar was admitted to a private hospital in Noida for some time. His mortal remains will be donated to AIIMS as per his last wish, they said. Dec 3 (Reuters) – Several entities linked to the Adani Group have approached the SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) seeking to settle a case that accuses them of violating public shareholding regulations at some listed companies, the Economic Times reported on Tuesday. The Securities and Exchange Board Of India (SEBI) had sent notices to Adani Enterprises, the group’s flagship company, as well as Adani Power, Adani Ports and Adani Energy alleging they had wrongfully categorised the shareholding of certain entities.
