New Delhi, Mar 11 (PTI) The Supreme Court has said bureaucrats couldn’t be allowed to “frustrate grassroot democracy” and upheld a Bombay High Court order reinstating a woman as the sarpanch of a Maharashtra village. BJD demands ECI conduct independent “process audit” of entire election process

New Delhi [India], March 11 (ANI): A Biju Janata Dal delegation on Tuesday went to the ECI (Election Commission) and demanded that the Commission conduct a periodic “process audit” of the entire election process by independent auditors or the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG).
